Technic Nail Foils

During Fashion show week we spent most of the week in Winsford and we had the chance to go around the town at lunch, so we went into Body Care (used to be the body shop) and I found these Technic Nail Foils for £1.49!!



I've never tried nail foils before and seeing as other foils can cost £4+ a set I thought this would be a good opportunity to try them out.

(Excuse the eczema) there actually not as easy to put on at first as they look and it does take some practice but I loved the end result 



I didn't keep them on for very long as they didn't stick properly(what can you expect for £1.49) but I must say I was sad to see them go!

I think next time I might save up and try the Myleene Klass Nail Wraps.

My mum thinks I look like her in this picture, do I??

Strawberry Polka Dots

The other day I decided to take a break from my work and paint my nails whilst there all at the same length. I have painted strawberry nails before but they look much cuter in a baby pink than red, I definitely be trying this again.

On my thumb and ring finger I painted pink strawberries and the other 3 fingers i painted pink and blue polka dots, originally i was going to make these dots into roses but I liked them how they looked without.

For this I used BarryM nail polish and for the pink dots I used a cheap poundland polish (*Tip never but poundland nail polish worst polish I have ever used!)

Moustache Nails!

Sorry it's been a while without any posts other than college, I've been really busy lately tyring to get all of my work done for our deadline but now that thats over I can relax for a couple of days so I decided to paint my nails.

I first saw these on a youtube thumblenail and thought they were pretty cool so I finally decided to try them out for my self.

I only took pictures of my left hand as my right hand looks kind of naff. 

I did these using a Rio nail art pen and it was very tricky to paint my right hand!

Berry Bow Nails

Last week (I think) I bought a Barry M nail paint 'Berry Icecream' I really love the colour and it compliments my skin really well. I've wanted to get the Berry Ice cream ever since I got the Strawberry Ice cream but at roughly £5 a bottle I wasn't all that willing, but thankfully the price went down to £2.99 *happy face*

As its me I don't just paint my nails, I decorate them and because I'm not left handed it took me about two hours to paint my nails, but I guess it was worth it. To decorate them I just used the wooden sticks you usually get in nail sets, white nail paint and the Strawberry Ice cream paint to add some colour.

Because of my stupid camera today was the first day it decided to take some decent pictures or my nails, there a little chipped and some of the pearls fell of, but they lasted a week of wear and tear.

Lace Nails

Hey every one just a short post today.

So I decided to paint my nails because I was bored, which wasn't really a good Idea because I had no patience what so ever so its a bit smudged :3 oh well, i decided to share these with you because they turned out so cute.

I've seen hundreds of YouTube tutorials for lace nails and i didn't really like some of them as they were to busy and i wasn't about to stick some lace to my nails, so i did some simple ones.
